Slow Roasting
Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes. As a result, you can enjoy a more pleasant cup of coffee that is easier on your body.
Organic
All Mavericks Coffees are certified USDA Organic in compliance with the National Organic Program. We are also 3rd party inspected by CCOF for program compliance and traceability. You can see Organic certificate here.
Low Acid
Mavericks coffees are amongst the lowest acid coffees in the United States. Up to 80% lower acid than national brands, our coffees are independently lab tested, certified, and have industry leading pH scores. You can view our Analytical reports here.
