Since 2004, Mavericks has been slow roasting for the all natural, rich and smooth taste. Slow roasting not only provides a great tasting cup of coffee but one the is very low acid reducing between 70% to 90% of Chlorogenic acid making Mavericks among the lowest acid coffees on the market.
