Mavericks Coffee - Low-Acid Coffee Subscription Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Mavericks Coffee Subscription Program! We're excited to provide you with a seamless way to enjoy our premium, low-acid coffee. By enrolling in our subscription program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 


 

1. Program Benefits & Discounts

  • Initial Order Discount: As a new subscriber, you will receive a special, one-time bonus discount of 26% (a 20% bonus discount plus your standard 6% subscription discount) on your first subscription order.

  • Ongoing Subscription Discount: For all subsequent automatic renewal orders, you will receive a 6% discount off the then-current market price of your selected coffee(s).

  • Convenience: Enjoy automatic, recurring deliveries of your favorite Mavericks Coffee directly to your door based on the frequency you select.

2. Subscription Management & Flexibility

We believe in putting you in full control of your coffee experience. Our subscription program is designed for maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment.

Through your online customer portal, you can easily manage your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or fee.

  • Pause: If you have too much coffee or are going away, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you are ready.

  • Modify: You have the freedom to change your subscription details, including the type of coffee, size, grind, quantity, and delivery frequency.

Please make your changes before your order processes so we have time to accommodate your changes

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

  • Recurring Billing: By starting a subscription, you authorize Mavericks Coffee to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription orders, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, until you cancel.

  • Price Adjustments & Market Volatility: You understand and acknowledge that our high-quality Arabica coffees are a traded commodity and an agricultural product, making them subject to price volatility. Market factors, supply chain disruptions, farming conditions, and other economic issues can affect the cost of green coffee beans.

    • Therefore, Mavericks Coffee reserves the right to adjust the price of our coffees from time to time.

    • Your 6% ongoing subscription discount will be applied to the then-current market price of the coffee at the time of each billing cycle.

    • In the event of a price change, you retain full control and flexibility. You may choose to pause, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time in your online account if you do not agree with the new pricing.

  • Payment Method: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we will wait for you to update your payment before we ship your coffee.  The system can send you a reminder email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Your subscription orders will be processed and shipped according to the schedule you have selected. Please keep in mind, we roast to order, but sometimes, there can be delays. Life happens, equipment breaks, items are back ordered, etc.. But we will make sure that your batch of coffee is cupped and checked for quality before we ship it out. It might add a little time, but we believe it's worth it.

  • You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate shipping address. Mavericks Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • There is no commitment, and you can cancel your subscription at any time through your online customer portal.

  • To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect in the following cycle, and the most recently processed order will still be shipped.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Mavericks Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the subscription program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes via email.
