Description: Each day enjoy the balanced body and smooth flavor of this classic breakfast coffee. A balanced post-roast blend of some south American coffees. This coffee has good richness with a mellowing, smooth flavor. The richness just slips off you palate leaving a mild, smooth, pleasing taste. This a very nice to coffee drink with subtle undertones.

Cupping Notes: Rich and balanced with a underlying sweetness. Aromatics are subtle with mild, nutty aroma.

Slow Roasting

Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes.
