Full bodied, smooth on the palate, with a rich flavor subtle earthy notes with occasional hint of caramel. Has a great nutty finish.

Slow Roasting
Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes. As a result, you can enjoy a more pleasant cup of coffee that is easier on your body.

Low Acid
Mavericks coffees are amongst the lowest acid coffees in the United States. Up to 90% lower acid than national brands, our coffees are independently lab tested, certified, and have industry leading pH scores. You can view our Analytical reports here.
