Description: A rich and bold flavor. Slow roasted, this classic coffee has all the attributes of a French roasted coffee without the acidity and bitterness. Slow Roasting

Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes.
