Description: The quintessential cup of coffee. Great body, full flavor, and smooth. A very popular organic low acid coffee here at Mavericks. It's a coffee that tastes like coffee.
A blend of central and south American coffees. The is coffee is roasted to medium and appeals just about all types of coffees drinkers.
Cupping Notes:
Full bodied, smooth on the palate, with a rich flavor subtle earthy notes with occasional hint of caramel. Has a great nutty finish.

Slow Roasting
Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes. As a result, you can enjoy a more pleasant cup of coffee that is easier on your body.
