Water Processed Decaffeinated and Organic

Mountain Water processed decaf coffees are decaffeinated through a chemical free process. This process is organic compliant, and also reduces residual caffeine levels to trace amounts .004.

All of Mavericks decaf' coffees are USDA Organic, Mountain Water processed, and slow roasted. This is as natural and healthy a decaf coffee as we can make. Plus, since it is slow roasted, the acidity levels are among the best in the industry year over year. 

Slow Roasting

Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes. As a result, you can enjoy a more pleasant cup of coffee that is easier on your body.

Low Acid
