Shipping & Returns

We normally ship your coffee the same day you order to ensure that it is fresh and that you receive your coffee without delay. Normal shipping is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  In order to minimize shipping costs to Mavericks and to you, USPS is our carrier of choice for most packges. However, arrangements can be made to ship with other carriers if you prefer or circumstances dictate.

Please be aware we are a coffee roaster only and not a shipping company. Mavericks cannot guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish your coffee order to FedEX or the USPS, it is beyond our control. However, Mavericks is happy to assist you in tracking your package in order to ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee that you have come to expect from Mavericks. Depending on where you live, shipping time may vary. California residents may receive their order the next day, while other customers may receive their order in 3 days.

While Mavericks cannot accept returns, we can provide you with outstanding service.
